Hey, BBG. I assume that when incorporating this speed work into a Wendler's program you would keep the weight constant throughout the entire mesocycle, then add incrementally for each subsequent mesocycle?

You could try to keep a consistent weigh for the speed work as a guideline but if it doesn't feel as fast as it should, cut the weight down Congrats on the squat pr!

Thanks, BBG. I'll run an empty bar for the duration of the first mesocycle (about four weeks). Then maybe add a couple of dimes next mesocycle. I'll take it slow. I found out the other day that my sticking point is just short of the halfway point. Would the speed work address this, or should I give more consideration to partials?

Oh, and I don't consider any of my current numbers as PR's. They are merely benchmarks to be smashed.
