Fazc, you can still be dynamic and lockout a bench. To me, DE bench is when the reps are done in 1 second or less. It's the explosion/speed thoughout the lift you are looking for. This can be done all the way to full lockout.

I'm with Mike a little bit. Watching the videos you could do more to drive your heels down and maintain more leg tightness and get more leg drive. More tension may get your chest higher as well. Can you get your feet further back? Do you have that flexibility? I don't but I have to bench flat footed
