Thanks guys. Strongman event training will be my priority this summar. I will try to squat, bench and deadlift heavy once a week to, but it comes down to how beat up i get from the main sessions. Plan is to do one or two strongman competitions in august, reset my training to improvevthe big 3 in september and do my first pl meet this winter.

Today did a quick session with stuff I neglected lately, purpose was just to get a pump and to sweat some. I did.

1/7 Rows n Guns

Notes: Felt pretty strong today and smashed ****ing weights. Armwork was as boring as always but got it done nevertheless. Rows were solid and i did all sets with rows and pulldowns superseted with some light db work to get the blood flowing.. Looking forward to squat and do yoke walks tomorrow. My quads will hate me! ;-)
