315 squat, 275 bench, and 500 deadlift = 1090lbs
My form was horrible on all three lifts, leaned too far forward on squat, shoulders were loose on bench, and grip on deadlift was too close together and had trouble locking the knees. Attemted 365 squat which buried me way below 90. 300 bench butt came off bench, and somehow got all the deadlift attempts.
