Default New article posted

I know, I know, the last thing this site needed was another article praising full-body and 5 x 5 routines, but ... well, I'm not sure how to end this sentence. In any event, check out the new article I just posted! It's a "how-to" training article about the 5 x 5 program that I'm currently using. Bear in mind it was originally posted on GetThatWeightUp.com. Comments, questions, constructive criticisms are always welcome.
