Ryano, this is amazing. Great Job. But do you only bench or you do squats and DL as well?

I compete in Bench Only competitions. I do a "leg" day and a "back" day in training but no full squats or DL.

Ryano,

I've had this issue since I started back with equipped lifting. My elbows feel under a lot of pressure when benching in a shirt, abnormally so and that leads to some on-going pain over the course of the session. It occurs as I lower the bar and gets worse the lower the bar gets.

Do you have any experience of what I could be doing wrong?

Fasc, fortunately, I've never had elbow issues. Some of my training partners have. We never figured out exactly what caused the problems since they had good form. We assumed that the problem was caused by the tightness of the shirt at the elbow, but we could be wrong. They just got over it by icing the elbows and rest. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
