gotta get fit is off to a bad start
Default Sodium in chinese food

I love chinese food. But I have heard it is very high in sodium. Is this perhaps due to the soy sauce that is in it?

Regular Soy Sauce does have high sodium content. But, I am sure you can select options without it, or a low sodium version.
