ME Chin: BW + 50 x 5
Super pullover: 180 x 8 x 2
Blast Row (feet elevated): 13 reps, 7 reps for 20 reps total
Lateral Raise: 128 x 8 x 2
Bicep Curl: 73 x 8 x 3

Forgot to add reverse curls in addition to the bicep curls; I'll split the load next week to 2 sets of each. Good workout.
