Thanks Roger. I have been in the habit of benching from my toes because of my home bench. It's elevated slightly. I need to but some blocks down and get used to flat feet benching.

Not what I meant. You can bench on your toes, I do. Just drive your heels toward the floor during the press. It's very hard to get used to, but it gives you leg drive.
