Thanks for posting. That 170kg clean and jerk is just unbelievable. How can a man that tiny lift such a colossal weight? I would guess that 375lbs is more than 99.99% of strength-focused gym users ever put overhead. And he does it at less than 125 lbs.

Hysen Pulaku clean an jerks 200kg at 77 (440/169bw).



He's Albanian, training in the States under Abadjiev. Trying to get citizenship... would be pretty cool to have him lifting for the US. I believe hes only a Junior too (age 18-20 group).
