Maybe not the wolfman, but I think it's estimated that 300 people go missing in the remote wilderness each year, and even more than that go missing in the city. I just don't think strength alone would be enough to protect yourself and others. I'd rather have overall fitness than just strength alone. I mean I would LOVE to be strong, but I'd also like to have some conditioning and agility.

I think anyone wants to be really strong and "in shape". I know Wendler sure does. All I do is static stretching and dynamic stretches. I don't know what they are all called, but leg swings are a staple for my hips.
