If your a power lifter or endurance athlete use common sense to make sure you can make a lift at a meet or maintain long term energy.

If you are a recreational lifter, again use common sense.

Hehe, this isn't about weight lifted. Just because I'm a powerlifter doesn't mean I can't discuss working out.

I think the term "reliant" is personal out look on what "reliant" is, so this could be go on for ever. lol
