I was actually quite surpised. I have upped my calories the past two weeks and still have leaned out. I guess, I was undereating worse than I thought. Next week, I will up them another 200 calories.

Prestuff
Banana about an hour before, just cause
2 scoops of Lemon Lime con-cret
Coffee - last kurig thingy, better get some before wife gets home.
3 minutes bike
Warm up lifts
5 x 135
5 x 165
3 x 200
Working Sets


NOTES
Was a little apprehensive about today as it has been a few weeks since I have done any dead lifts. Gotter done and some!

Deads - 300 x 6 a new PR brings my calculated 1rm up over 360, I have nearly reached my 5/3/1 goal, my short term goal was to do 300+ for reps. Next week I will beat that!

Overall a good day. Pray for my wife. She had the mammogram pics done on Monday. They called her to come back today to take some more. Either a.) they messed up the first or b.) there is something suspicious they want a better look at. Either way, pray it goes well.
