Change clothes, grab my log book, and walk out to the garage gym.
That's pretty much it, nothing fancy. I don't believe in having to get pumped up or eating certain things before my efforts. With 5/3/1, the plan is pretty well set up in advance for about a month so I don't have to figure out what I'm going to do before I get in there...just get in and start lifting.

Do not really have one. I never follow the same schedule or anything as I do not think that rituals are really my style.
