My #1 bodybuilding supplement would be creatine mono without question. I only take 3-5 grams a day, so you could easily get a container that will last you over one month at that rate. I like prolab's brand, but any creapure brand will do.

After that you can go with a multivitamin and protein powder if needed.

Woah, I should have been more specific, lol.
I am not a noob, to not know the basic stuff Sorry if I made you believe.
It's just that good supplements sold in the USA are extremely expensive in my country, and I was hoping to get some names, not some advices on what kind of suppls should i take.

Thanks again

Op, your question was obviously not very clear, so lets see if we can clear things up a bit.

What country do you live in? Are you seeking a specific type of supp. ie a protein, weightloss, test booster, bcaa? Are you seeking names of wholesalers or companies that ship overseas? Help us help you.

I live in Holland, or more exactly, in Groningen.
Since the price of the supplements is damn expensive here, I was thinking to invest about $400 in an order at bb.com (or whatever cheap supplements retailer your may know), so I can get a stock for 4-5 months.
Basically, I am thinking at some test boosters and some amino acids.
So any idea or opinion would be great.

Although I am a company rep, I agree with many others that if you are on a budget then work on getting everything from your diet. Save the extra money for a month or two then if you want get back on supps. While we want your business we understand how times are and what is really important.
