Did 70 push ups yesterday (2 x 35) and 150 today (5 x 30) before and after my cardio. And I still feel as unfit as hell
Anyway, think that's 240 to go.

Thanks.

Final 120 today. 1000 done. Going to do 100 a day on my non-training days and see what happens during my training days. 500 a week should be within bounds though.
