Thanks to you guys on here, I view each squat session as an opportunity to improve my form AND the weight lifted. I am really focusing on ensuring the knees don't come in and trying very hard to sit back. Happy with form so far, will be interesting when the weight gets towards PR level in 6-7 weeks. By then, I hope I can smash it!
