Strike, your doing well. It will be no time at all, and you will be pushing far bigger numbers than you are now. Just keep hitting the big compounds and the numbers will follow. Have fun.

Good workout. You did the right thing shutting it down. When I feel something not right, the workout ends. I did that yesterday.

yeah i had this pain in my lower ham two weeks ago too and i thought it got better.. i'm gonna lay off deads for a while any suggestions what to do instead in the meantime? my workout on deadlift day is:

i know there's no real sub for deads but what should i do in the meantime?

hell yeah. finally broke through with my bench.

Squats- 3x5x175 PR
Bench- 3x5x140 PR
Rows- 105x10 100x12


hit the squat PR, it took every last bit out of me too, i thought i might die. I did 140x5 140x4 140x4 last week on bench and hit those last two reps this week. SO PUMPED! and the rows i was just having a little fun haha. my tris are still drained from the bench an hour later and i can tell the chest is gonna be feeling nice tomorrow morning

went to the gym today and maxed on the lifts which i don't know my 5RM for madcows

Here's what i'll be using as my 5RMs for my 5x5

Squat- 175
Dead- 205
Bench-140
Standing Press- 100
Bent over rows- 105

so i'm putting these into the 4th week of the 5x5 and i'll start it in a week or so, i'm gonna take a week off
