Looking for a challenge and something new so thought i would start a post on having new mma, strength and conditioning programmes to try out and see if a i like. 3,4 or 5 days a week would be nice to just try something new
grateful for those who will post some up
My only idol in this realm is the man in the mirror and even he has to prove himself on a daily basis
