Yes, but 5x5 i think would work better simply because the rep ranges were a little weird because it was 5x1 70% 1rm and i think a bit higher volume might work better.

A row on monday and a pullup on thursday and thats all id add.

Eat lots and add 10lbs per week to the lower body stuff and 5lbs per week to the upper body studd and do that for 6 months and then see where you are

Why reinvent the wheel? You could just run SS or a modified version of SS. Use SS exercise selection A&B setup, change the progression scheme/intensity, change it to 5x5 and you'll still have a decent program.

SS has the exercises that your program lacks, and yet its still simple. And if you want my input on that, add situps and back extensions to help keep your back healthy.
