Basically, researchers found that the body is very anabolic over the course of 2 week bulks. So it is a good idea to cycle bulking in 2 week periods. It also helps help excess fat off.

I have just read it. It is very very interesting...

So according to this, the most important factor is timing and staying in the range of 2 weeks cycles?. That way you donīt have to do a lot of math counting calories. And the muscle gains seem absolutely awesome.

Will certainly try it this winter . Thanks

It's worth a shot. The science is sound, and logically it makes sense.

I am going to run this style when I get done cutting.
