I would probably finish off with a superset of dips, and chins. Thats still 5 good compound moves, that hit the big area's I'm interested in.

I've built my body back to pretty good health, and I think I'm ready to shift gears again. I.m pretty tired today, but I'm going to give this plan a go this morning, after I wake up.

Well I have just finished week 10 of the Reeves Classic routine and finished the first part of my challenge (I know it is a 12 week challenge, but I am swapping to the Eder Hybrid routine so i am still firmly in the fullbody fraternity )

I dont know where to start to be honest. Before I started I was worried that the work wouldnt be enough, after I had done a week or two I thought the work would be too much lol

I have had more fun doing this routine than I have had for a long time and I have done measurements and made some pretty good gains to be honest.

It has taken me a good 8-10 weeks to fully bed in to the fullbody scheme, but now I feel I am rocking and rolling and things are starting to move up well. I am almost at PB levels for my lifts weight wise, but I have been doing higher reps that i am used to so thats great.

Like I have said people maty think it is a strnge time to change routines, but that is the beeauty of a full body routine, it is evolutionary. You can swap things around and it is still essentially the same as you work the body as a unit 3 x per week. regardless of order, rep schemes etc etc. You are still doing fullbody

I am really looking forward to adding in Power Clean and presses, and doing some slightly higher weights with a loweer rep range, and as my CNS has adapted to the rigors of a full body, I dont think these changes are gonna make it have to adapt much again. Thats another thing I like about the full body, you can change to entire feel to the routine, but you done have to completely readapt.

If there is anyone that STILL hasnt treid a fullbody routine (regardless of your experience level) then i would strongly suggest you give them a try, just make sure you give it the time to work, cos its only now 10 weeks on that I think i am gonna start getting the most out of it.

Weight 191lbs

Thigh 24.25"

Ome people might say that its not an astounding difference, but its only 8 weeks !!!!

I, for one, am MORE THAN HAPPY with that progress.

Good progress and a good diet. You allowed your body to have a chance at growth by gaining weight, and I am confident that it responded well. Can't wait to see what another 10 weeks will bring.
