I think it looks good. Fats are over 50%.

First 3-4 days were the worst for me.

Im the worlds worst dieter mate, but would the grapefruit be better with the shake and the almonds later as the sugar in the fruit would be used with the whey, like having dextrose or something. That is of course assuming that the shake is PWO, if not then forget i said anything lol

To be honest it looks fine, good levels of fat and protein and the carbs are where you want them to be

Carl.

Carl I would normally have the grapefruit prework out on a training day. Big55 told me on non training days to keep it with the last meal.

Guess I missed the grapefruit post. What is the purpose of the grapefruit? Can't stand them, but I am curious.

Ask Big55 lol he helped me with my diet and told me to eat a grapefruit right before my training and with my last meal on non training days, I had around zero carbs before so It is for my carb source.

Good luck Tim. Like BTB said, it's the first few days that will kill you..after that, you get used to the low carbs. I would up the fats though, and fall more towards a CKD plan. I lost about 15Lbs on a keto diet in 2009.
