K-otic Ratings

1-Strength/Rep Increase:10*Noticeable difference on the volume of heavy sets as well as reps and one rep maxes.

2-Size/Weight Gains:N/A Strength has been up, I been sort of dieting/maintaining my body weight hasn't changed but I feel stronger then ever.

3-Sustained Workout Energy: 10+ definitely felt it carry me through my worst days and made my best days legendary!

4-Pumps:9 It wasn't until recent that I noticed my muscles are more harder,dense and when I do higher rep work,which is rare I feel a noticeable difference.

5-Side Effects:N/A. None, no side effects whats so ever. Drank K-Otic with food no problem,on its own no problem,half during training no problem. No dehydration, no acne, no itching. 10/10 on comfortability taking this product. Ok I lied, one side effect: it makes me PUNISH THE IRON!

6-Overall assessment- Love it, has been very consistent, as my training gets heavier the weights feel lighter and easier. Hasn't failed me yet, and I doubt it will in the future. If you blend the k-otic's with water it doesn't have a bad taste at all, and if you mix it with anything with fruit punch it adds a tangy flavor but not bad at all. Far as strength goes, I have punished my body but more importantly SMASHED THE IRON into pieces!

I would like to thank Eric Broser,Rich Knapp and AAEFX for making this log possible. Still have a few more servings which should last me up until my meet. Was surprised with how long this supplement has lasted, that is always a plus!

worked up to 345lbs

Bench Press-Paused
worked up to 315lbs*opener

Deadlift
Alternated between sumo and conventional, worked up to 375lbs sumo & 415lbs conventional.

Did some hip stretchs, goblet squats w/45lbs db and hang stiff legg db deads with 30lbs.

Nothing crazy today, stood with in 70%range except for the bench press.Tired, prob will bench 225lbs monday and rest fully until the meet.

Total 1435 (50lbs total pr) @ a lower weight class (33lbs difference)

K-Otic Reviews, as far as ratings not much has changed since my last one, besides 9/10 doesn't really express how I feel about the product, it can be worked on in terms of taste, but I didn't use the product for taste, I used it for energy & strength! To rate that, I took K-otic during my Squats, I hit a 5lb pr on my 2nd attempt & a 30lbs pr on my 3rd attempt which also is a World Record in the federation I competed in at the lowest body weight I ever competed at.

Go get yourself some Chaos in a can, pepto with a kick, Pink Powder Power, or whatever you want to call it, because no matter what clever names it goes by, it will always be known to me as Pr Water. LOL. Bottom line is you want something tasty drink some cranberry juice(inside joke), you want to "punish iron" aka set some prs, taste the power.

I don't know how to give a better testimonial than that. It works consistently, and I set some nasty Pr's, Nuff Said!
