Has anyone ever tried myo reps? I am looking for thoughts and impressions.

From my, admittedly limited, knowledge on Myo Reps it's basically rest-pause training; with a few variations like dropping the weight per section etc.

Seems alright; whatever allows you to progressively add weight to the bar.

I have read some on myo reps but it was a long time ago. I think much of the information isn't (or wasn't) in English so everything I have seen has come from vague forum posts.
