Default KB Triceps Hell...

If you're up to it and have a couple of kettlebells hanging about (their slight instability will add to the exercise), or something similar, give this a shot:

Another KB triceps exercise, for that stretch which is an all important aspect of good overall tricep development, very similar to the dumbbell version but with a slight difference in mechanics due to the use of the KB and the way it is held and so forth:
