im a bit stronger in oly shoes. its a bit different, someone always asks how i do it lol. i used to pull in wrestling shoes then one day i changed to oly shoes and every set/rep felt much lighter...

every once in awhile ill go back to wrestling shoes... not the same, oly shoes are noticeably easier to pull in for me
