Default Bamazav gives Condense and Dpol a run

I want to thank Randoja for this logging opportunity. I am looking forward to giving these two products a thorough run through.

NOTES
All Supersets were done with no rest between sets until the entire set was completed.

Deadlift PR today. I probably could have pulled 350 today, but left hand grip started to slip on 335, so I didn't push it.


Condense
Taste 10/10 - very smooth and candy like but not too sweet. Nice light flavor.
Focus 9/10 - No tingles, no jitters, just focus. loved it
Strength 9/10 - I did beat my previous PR by 10 pounds and probably could have done more if grip hadn't failed.
Overall Score for Day One 9/10 - 1st day was great.

D-Pol
Hard to tell about this on day one. As I understand, you typically do not see the effects of DAA until around day 12. However, this formulation is different than any I have taken. I will be watching closely.

The smell upon opening was very nice, a creamy vanilla smell. Upon a closer whiff, it became a little more medicine like. I mixed it with a pre-workout carb drink of peach cider. Not a good idea, the cider is a bit too old. I am open to ideas on how to take this product.

Question for those who use this stack. How do you use it on off days?

Great start bro. I take dpol on training days mixed with my Condense, on non training days I usually drink it with whatever other supplements I need to take like my creatine, BCAA, etc. I like the flavor alone or mixed.

Good info. I tried to work it today like the website encourages, D-pol 30-45 minutes prior with pre-workout meal, though I can't eat pre-workout, so a drink. Condense about 10-15 mintutes prior. Tomorrow I will do it your way and see how things go.

I've been taking my condense/d-pol 10 minutes before workout. Also, I just take the scoop, throw the powder in my mouth, and wash it down with water.

Good stuff so far!

The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

You are slightly ahead of me on the Bench and Squats. I have my work cut out for me. Considering a move back to 5/3/1 as I love the structure and my Joints are really feeling the work I have been doing. I turn 50 next month and my joints are telling me it really isn't the new 30.
