Default IronWill's Bulldozer Log

Starting Bulldozer program today and a new log for it. Bulldozer is rep goal combined with rest/pause. Sets are done using the same weight. Bump the weight up when the rep goal is met. Starting off a little lighter than what I have been doing to get the feel for the program and find my groove.

Morning workout. Went out and gave the ornamental grasses their spring haircut. Manual hedge clippers are like a portable pec dec. Worked up a good pre breakfast sweat.
