The challenge plans are coming along nicely. This is going to be a very fun challenge. The rough drafts are being reworked a little to fine tune them.
Each plan is inspired by a classic bodybuilder, and while they are not the exact plan they used the basic feel trys to capture the spirit of that person.
There will be a 4th plan that will be an abreviated basic short plan. Don't misunderstand that to mean it will be easy. This whole challenge is going to be very hard for a lot of people. Thats whats going to make it so fun!
