Default Overtraining and Natural Bodybuilding Leg Workouts

Image of a 170 (ish) pound natural lifter who did 4-8 leg workouts a week for 6 weeks...in a low rep range of 1-5 reps with heavy weight.

This is no BS. I read the guy's blog. Overtraining his legs in the low rep range gave him these wheels. I'm not drawing any conclusions...just bringing this to the table for discussion.
