I read up on VD and most write that at the beginning of the diet they had low energy but as the pushed through the first week or week and half the started to feel higher energy. But I think it's more to gain/maintain muscle and shed body fat. There is a not much whole foods in there and you have to buy all the supps for it from biotest. I think there is some bias to it. I wouldn't do it. I love eating food.
