Well I have 4 scoops total during the day (7 am until 1 pm) with coffee. I just use black coffee with whey and water. That's my morning "bodybuilding" meals.
At 1 pm I have whey with water. I then workout about 2-3.
I save all my solid foods for PWO. I know this isn't conventional, but after 20+ years of eating like a bodybuilder, I simply don't care for eating during the day anymore.
