I agree, but I think the ice helped initialy to get a bit of the swelling out so that mobility is possible. It seems to almost be healed but today I could not squat. There was still a lot of swelling and some pain so I thought I would give it a little more time. Monday I will deadlift, no reason to make it worse. Missing one squat workout is not the end of the world, I was able to do everything else fine.
