Dont ice that ankle. Stretch and keep mobility in it. Don't leave out squats and deadlifts unless it is unbearable. Your ankles shouldn't affect you too much. I stepped off of a curb few months back and thought I broke my ankle, but I was squatting the next day, pain-free.
