went for 260 again and failed

2) Incline hammer strenght Press
45 plate on each side -1x15
60lbs on each side 1x 12
75lbs on each side 1 x 8

3) Dips at body weight - 5x 12/11/10/10/12

4) standing cable flyes with plate shrug super set
cable flyes- 60 each side- 12/12/12/12
shrugs with 45lbs plates- 4x2o

5) v bar cable tricep press downs
200x6/6/6
225x5/5/4

6) revserse grip flat bar press down
50x12/12/12
