yesterday was a chest/tri day

Bench 3x8 145
incline bench (DB) (45's),10 (45's),8 (45's)
Flys (DB) 3x10 30's
Single tricep extensions (DB) (15's),10 (20's), 9 (20's)
Skullcrushers 3x10 65
tricep extensions 3x10 40
Dips 3x8,8,6 BW

Today just a little stretchin. I've started to notice i don't get as sore after my workouts. Eatingloads of food.
