Just a little bit about me...
I did bodybuilding style training for 3 years got up to 235 lbs, got bored with that so I found crossfit dropped down to 200 lbs, and did that for a year. My friend Nobbit introduced me to Strongman and I am now hooked. Ive been training strongman for about a month and a half and plan to compete in the lightweight division.
Warmed up with jump rope and some active stretching. Hit the 90, 175, & 200# stone over the 52" yoke for 3 reps each.

285x0 ( The week before I couldnt even explode with this stone to get it over 48", but end up hitting the 52" but just couldnt get it over. So some great improvement there!)
