BP to Neck 285 x 8x3 (grinders at the end, didn't push for 10...get it next time)
Pendlay Rows 265 x 8x3
DB Curls 55 x 6x5, 2x4, 7x3 (EDT style 1 min rest)
Pushdowns 70 x 8x5, 2x4, 5x3 (EDT style 1 min rest)

Realized my strength on regular DB curls is pathetic....so I'll do them alot now.
