Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 3 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal or cream of rice.
Meal 2: 8oz fish 1 cup jasmine rice 1 cup spinach or broccoli.
Meal 3: 8oz lean beef or steak 6oz sweet potatoes 1 cup broccoli or spinach.
Meal 4: (preworkout meal if you have 1.5 hrs before hitting gym): 8 oz fish or chicken, 6oz sweet potatoes, 1 cup spinach or broccoli.

Meal 5: 8oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup spinach.
Meal 6:
5 egg whites 1 scoops whey protein isolate, 6 asparagus stalks.
