you barely eat anything! Your currently relying too much on protein powders. Aim for 200 grams protein from chicken/beef everyday. You can eat eggs once every 2 days. Ditch the current carbs you eat (toasts and wraps) and aim for 100 grams of quinoa, oatmeal or brown rice. Eat LOTS of greeb veggies too (unlimited portions). Stick to this diet and you will see very good improvement on muscle and you will actually shed fat at the same time.
