This is my current routine, an almost unmodified Steve Reeves inspired routine from BB.com. Similar to glwanabe's Reeves Classic Physique routine.


Day 1
Overhead Barbell Press 3x10
Dips 3x10
BB Rows 3x10
BB Curls 3x10
Pushdown 3x12
Squats 3x8
Abs
Calves

Day 2:
DB overhead press 3x10
Bench press 3x8
DB Rows 3x10
DB curls 3x10
Lying DB extensions 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Calves
Abs

Day 3:
Overhead Press 3x10
Incline DB press 3x10
Pull Ups 2x 10
Deadlifts 1 x 5(2 warmup sets)
Curls 3 x10
Barbell extensions 3 x 10
Calves
Abs
