This is a typical meal plan in a day for for me.
I currently weigh 104kg and I am 6ft 2inches tall
3-4 eggs scrambled with 2 slices of whole meal toast
Protein shake 25g protein
A few pieces of fruit and a yogurt
Tub of cottage cheese with crackers
4:30pm pre workout protein shake
5:30pm post workout protein shake
6:30 5 chicken breast wraps with veggies
After this time if I am hungry I will get a snack either another protein shake or some peanut butter on toast.
My goal is to gain some size
I currently go the gym 3x a week and use a 5x5 training full body similar to reg parks
I don't feel like this enough to consume daily but I am continuing to get stronger week by week and from photo evidence I can see differences
