Your question got me to thinking, so I did a little searching. I found this article that makes some pretty good claims about glucosamine and chondroitin, including that it significantly increases muscle growth. I don't know about that for sure, but I will say this-I trained for years at a time when I was younger and never got even close to the strength I have gained in just the ten months I have been training while taking these two.
