Deep dumbbell press (slow tempo)
Reverse band bench rows? Not sure what to call these. Pulled strong bands to chest.
Pretty good day. Was sloppy with my form on the 405 set. Not sure if I will stay there or go to doubles as planned next time. I didn't feel weak just missed grooved the third rep a little. Everything else went great though. I feel very explosive off the chest thanks to bottoms press.
