I'm also a fully home gym rat, but I do go to an actual gym with a buddy maybe 1-2 times per month. My home gym cons are similar to what others posted such as limited equipment, no spotter which makes it no only a bit unsafe at times, but can also be limiting as far as growth is concerned due to inability to lift to lift progressively heavier without that spotter. Also, I have had to be my own biggest motivator since I have no one else to push me. This is good & bad because it's sometimes nice to train without a bunch of yelling. Pros for my gym are convenience of simply walking down some stairs, no waiting on equipment, except to change out the weights, playing music as loud as I want, and no rules to follow. My weights can stay unracked if they want to. Great post, especially for us home gym guys!
