If you can do 500 raw then there's no reason not to grab a suit and start playing with it. I bought a used centurion (non-super) 1 size too large. Not only could I get to depth the first time I ever used it, I still got over 100lb carryover, and the straps are way too lose. If the thing was a super and properly fitted I bet I could have gotten 200lb of carryover.
