Summer is right around the corner, and the last few scoops of Serious Mass are being polished off.
Bulking season has been a success and soon enough, getting lean will be the new goal.
I need some advice on supplementation whilst cutting.
On top of my usual stack of whey, oats & creatine, for cutting, I have added:
- Fish oils
I'm considering adding ZMA or Carnitine to the equation, but taking 12-15 pills a day seems excessive.
Am I spending too much on supplements when I really need to just keep it simple?
As always, any advice is greatly appreciated.
