Increase rest by a day or two if need be as it goes on
Switch to speed work, sessions maybe twice a week for a month, with close grip bench and conventional deads, starting with real speed and working up to a heavy double or triple.
Then once those work up sets have gone from grinders to easy, ill be ready to set big prs.
Program looks good ... NO SQUATS ...
Try to be more consistent with this one and soon you will be scoring some new PRs ...
