Good, It looks like you get what I'm going for. It's a little hard to explain.
The speed first days are based closely on Sheiko, and the speed after days are based on Lillibridge stuff. Those guys do heavy squats or deadlifts first, then do lighter sets of the other lift after the heavy work.
Actually, a lot of this is based on the lillibridge program, including the massive amount of assistance work which constitutes the bodybuilding days.
